I had bought a trolley bag from Safari whose chain is getting stuck in the middle in 10 days. Useless websites, worst after sales support. They delivered scratched product from the box pack itself and customer care is not arranging return pickup for my trolley. Its more than a week. No reply in emails also. Now i am regretting with the quality of product and support. 😒

Refrain from purchasing these bags due to their inferior quality and poor durability. The chains attached to the bags are of low quality and prone to breakage, even after minimal use. Furthermore, the customer service is inadequate as they refuse to acknowledge the inherent issues with the bags and instead blame the customers. Consequently, I recommend considering alternative brands that offer superior quality and customer service.
Please be careful on buying their product. My laptop got damaged due to their very quality bag and denying the warranty due to petty excuses.
