DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst hotel experience ever. Very very bad and rudely behaved staff ready to fight for any issues raised by the guests. The staff will shout and yell at you if u complain of anything. They clearly deny offering you any service including the cleaning of rooms. Water leakage from the roof during rain and the washrooms are flooded. No amenities, dirty linen, wet towels and no kitchen to serve you food. No facility for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They even ask for extra charge to clean the room during your stay. TV in the rooms do not work and they simply say ' TV nahi chalega'. Worst place to stay in and around Chakrata. Beware of Cedar Home in Chakrata.
