Thanks! 👍I have a few viewers who say the same. For one hour where you need manual, its a hard race. Even the two stop is a real challenge, harder in some cases. WHich other MR car do you think might do it?

That’s a shame but still you made a good choice!!

It’s a very very comfortable chair. As a chunky chap, I find it very plush, the cushioning is very thick. It dosent feel like I’m sitting in a bucket seat, I don’t get that wrap around feel. I have the xl rs as a race seat in leather on my rig and this is way more comfy because of the fabric. I find the xl even less wrap around. I don’t think you can go wrong with either chair.

I have an XL version, looking at this review for my girlfriend though. I would say the height is perfect for me in XL but I am also slim, I do find myself often trying to move the arm rests in more. I would say if you are tall (I am 6"7) then the XL is the way to go. After a while you kind of forget about the width. If you are more 6"2-6"3 the normal one may be better

Asm is the last helper I turn on. You only really need it to steady up the hardest of cars to control. It will stop the car turning into corners but it will save your life also. Glad you got it!!! Keep enjoying the game!

It’s no problem. The track makes no difference. It’s not the fastest car for this race but it is fast.

What country are you in? Terminology is different in different country’s. With gear box, change final drive first, then gear 1.

I don’t understand why your getting different numbers unless you have the wrong gear box. It would be the only reason, and that would be why you can increase the power.

@kelireka7514 you but the gearbox from the auto shop. There are two, a racing manual and a manual. The manual is worth approx 10pp less than the racing. The racing can have more range and more gears. You change the gearbox in the setup screen, in the drop down menu.

Yes it takes some time to perfect the lap, it’s very difficult… really quite hard. You still do very well..

No widebody, no lower rear aero, you need the manual gear box, not racing gear box.

To be honest, the gt extreme is limited in its use. The wheel is only really any good in gt7 and there’s better wheels available. I would chose the base unit, the pedals but another different wheel. Maybe the f1 v2.5 or the McLaren. Full force… I don’t believe it’s implemented by gt7 yet, but it’s available from fanatec yes.

Yes sir, anything update 1.49 and above is good for current.

@keysersoze5094 controller auto, probably not. This is optimized for manual. You’ll find much more speed with manual in all forms of gt7 until you can tune the gearbox for optimised auto.

This race is dependent on how fast you get past the cars in front, it’s all about timing from the get go… and what update your in. This one’s a bit old.

The mistake you made, was to not use the latest update… update 1.49/1,50 is the latest. No rear low aero, no wide body, get the right gearbox And you didn’t follow it exactly. Many say they do… but hey, I do appreciate the terminology is different based on region.

@@WiddowmakerWho ah I see. I thought that update only effected like handling. But now I realize that I had a lot of cars that were set to be 599 pp or 699 pp but when I enter them in a race they suddenly jump to a higher pp. But no i promise i followed your guide line for line except I didn't put on the race manifold or the advanced tuning upgrade but even without those I was still way above pp. I ended up adding about 100 more ballasts and lower the power by another 15 points so I got to around 570 hp at the correct pp. But that actually still works fine if you follow the rest of everything you say here.
