I work as a physician assistant in an emergency room near a fight arena. They always bring these guys into us and the ones that get hit kicks in the head the face the back of the head or flying knee to the forehead are always in terrible condition, they convulsing they’re unconscious, sometimes for a couple of days their jaws are broken. Their teeth are knocked out and in one case we had a guy take a flying knee to the eye and the bone above his eye. It was incredible. His head was so swollen. We could hardly towel was broken but once we got the x-rays back, we were shocked, the bone above his eye crumpled into like 10 pieces the neurosurgeon and the ortho spine surgeon had to spend the next day putting his forehead back together. Told him it would take two years to heal, and that he should do no sports for two years, he thought that was the worst punishment in the world and couldn’t wait to get back in the gym and start fighting people again, oh he also lost some of his eyesight. These guys are animals. They remind me of pit bulls just trained to fight and the weird part. They hardly make any money for it. Dwight millionaire Dana White is a millionaire while these guys are going to work, walk around partially mentally retarded the rest of their lives.
