If you did it in Liyue that means you have started the quest line. All you can do now is just wait until it shows up on your daily commissions. MAKE SURE to set your commissions to Sumeru because it'll only show up there AND it's rng so it depends on your luck if it would show up or not and just follow the video for the guide. Jean works perfectly fine in her place.

It's luck based commission. Unfortunately there's nothing much you could do besides waiting until you get the next part.

@@eoc.l honestly you shouldn't stress too much about it. The amount of primogems you'd get out of the entire thing isn't really worth the effort put. And besides you can always come back to it, the current progress you've made on it doesn’t reset so no worries there.

That's the unfortunate side to this commission. Unless they decide to improve the commission system more in the future to be able to get specific ones, otherwise it'll stay rng hell sadly. But good luck, hopefully you get it soon!

I really don't know if it'll reset or not, but most likely it wont. Tho, you don't have to stress about the world quest that much. If you're not a achievement hunter then all you are missing out on would be "not enough primogems for one wish", that honestly it.

That part won't complete unless you follow the instructions, if you had it complete that means you did it correctly. So there's no possible way to fail it. It took me an entire year to complete this world quest because of bad RNG which seems like it's happening to you too. The only thing you can do is honestly just waiting and hoping you get the next part. All I can help you with is wishing you good luck.

From my own experience I deducted that you need to submit 3 different rarities, but a lot of people in the comments said that isn't necessary. Tho in my humble opinion it's safer to just submit 3 different ones just in case because it's hard to get these commissions and you don't wanna mess it up unnecessarily. The part with key item, you only need to do it once but because the bad rng you're having you got it multiple times. Since you're on the substitute part, just focus on doing that until you get the achievement as shown in the video. Then the next day you should have your world quest unlocked. Hopefully this helps even tho its a bit late reply. :D

The only indication to know if you have it is by going to Wangshu Inn in Liyue (the giant tree Inn) at the lower side of that place there's a world quest that you have to do. Once you did it or if it's not there then you have to set your commissions to Sumeru region and from there the quest string should show up if you're lucky because from there on it's based on RNG. Hopefully this help!

i did this sumeru quest, got the achievement but he doesnt appear on fontaine you know why?

@@xelan_7I really don't think so, because Garcean's quest is related to an achievement. So the chance for his commision to spawn is higher than other repeatable quests.

I somehow got the quest to trigger after giving gold twice and bronze once. All Sumeru world quests on the board are now completed.

You're not doing anything wrong. It's based on RNG, you have to get lucky to get the next phase of the commission. It's the worst so don't stress out. 👍

It is based on luck after all, that sucks but there's nothing to be done unless you get it. Though just make sure you activated the quest's string by starting it from the world quest at the bottom area of Wangshu Inn, then setting your commissions to sumeru.

@@xelan_7 that’s the only sumeru quest remaining. this is quite similar to o archon quest in inazuma. however in this case, garcia commisions havent appeared; not even once.

@@XerxesBreakSama this Sumeru one is the worst by far, it's all based on RNG and then there are so many parts of it. With all the other Sumeru commission in the mix it's very hard to get it. Tho I wish you luck since it took me a entire year to complete it when it first released.

Don't worry if you're missing a star or two it's like a 100 primo it's not even a single wish. Just play it for fun. As a f2p myself sometimes it's hard to max stars every abyss with certain teams. It's really not a big deal, but also good luck. You will eventually be able to do it ;D
