The 60 Minutes interviewer George Negus died, 15th October, 2024, yesterday aged 82. I'm Australian and we always looked up to George Negus for his hard-hitting presentation during interviews. He wasn't racist at all, he wrote a book about all the Muslims he met during his journalistic career and said the majority of Muslims are beautiful peace loving people who follow their religion peacefully. The Book is called The world according to Islam. He was most noted for his disagreement with English prime minister Margaret Thatcher during an interview, that was just George, he didn't piss around he told you straight to you face. That's why I love how Bob looks at him now and then in a certain way before answering.
