With the dozer you usually gotta consistently change the blade height so when you start making a hill you lower it and when the dozer levels off you raise it a bit and after a couple passes it should be relatively level and smooth

the hours on the machine do not match the time in the game

Id like to see more automation instead of dragging and dropping ores into smelters or wash tables. Have options like bulk dirt in the wheel loader so you can say *this ore* out this hole all other ores out of the other hole and send them on their own lines but selling would still be a manual labor and also an auto drive or "worker" function for dump trucks so you set up a path and set the rally point where it stops to wait for loading and where to reverse and dump or very basic tasks like that i think would bring the game to the next level

I was going to pass on getting yet another version of Farming Simulator (I have them all since 2013), but after watching a few videos I think this version is finally the one worth investing in. I'm really enjoying it and am playing this same map for myself. - I enjoy watching (and playing) it in 1st person mode, though I do need to drop out into 3rd person to backup into tight quarters as the depth of field still makes it hard for me to judge distances. - While crop destruction seems more real, the helpers are still quite janky so I leave destruction off. Helpers seem to drive all over the place. 😆 - I usually get a greenhouse set up quite early for the income stream and something to do in the off months. - I'm going to make a guess at this, but I'd imagine Giants can only put specific equipment in the game that they've negotiated the rights to use (since they profit by selling the game), so it is possible that certain brands might deny them or want too much compensation except for specific models or only give them access for a single version of the game, which could be why some of FS22's assets aren't here. Where as afterward in the form of private mods those additions are free - the modder isn't getting a profit - so the trademark laws are more relaxed. Adding tractors and equipment mods afterward is where FS really grows in depth, especially when adding the older models for nostalgia or 'used' models for savings. Good show! The front loader does a lot of deleting but mostly what your seeing with dirt missing is the animation of the ore settling in the bucket. square blocks are 2x2 meters. which make a good way to measuring stuff.

The game is missing a crucial piece of equipment when it comes to underground mining, that’s the Continuous miner, its head and whole body is designed perfecting for drift and slope mines.

would love to see the darkness down in the mines. I hope that is something they will add!

Good stuff Semi. Catching up on your videos. You might have heard we had an election here...things got a bit distracting.

This game seems to be another wanna-be colony sim with a severe lack of UI and QoL features in a colony sim. Heck it doesnt seem to have any sort of sim work priority system. They all fail to meet the quality of Rimworld, and especially modded Rimworld. Overall this was my reaction to this game: 25:20 - 25:22. If this game costs more than 7 bucks they are essentially robbing you.

I played the demo a few weeks ago. I just loved it. Building a base, going on quests, manage the party... it just checks too many boxes that I like.

the tromel is the same as the sorter. with your new setup you don't really need the tromel at the end. unless you really want more storage.

This is interesting! Reminds me a bit of Noble Fates as well as Going Medieval, but with the addition of the dungeons and dark areas adds some Dungeon Siege and Salt 2 play. This ought to be a good one. Good show!

I'm still trying to figure out the open pit process, it's kind of hard to know where to start. Not sure of the bench theory and how to properly do it, gets overwhelming if you no very little about mining, but I would like to have a viable plan rather than digging all willy-nilly.

Can you share your file for that, I can't get the game to ignore the constant input on one of my devices. So it fails to configure correctly cause Out Of Ore keeps on reading input and ignoring new commands. Farming Sim does not do this.. so it is absolutely this game.

I noticed that your drone is still up in the air. Have you tried placing a gps on the excavator you used to dig that layer in front of the office? It might show some more details and make it easier to use.
