We can't accommodate all the lower income tenants in hotels. You don't help the investors, it's the end of the game. For everyone. Nobody will borrow money. Less taxes. Less people to renovate their investments. Less jobs. More and more will sell and invest in GIC or other things, not in real estate. Long term thinking is the best. That why the prices will lower a little bit. Supply and Demand. Always.

The real reason for tolls is, Free Money For The Local Governments !!!!!! If the toll was for , road work, infrastructure maintenance, what then are so many Bridges closed or in bad shape? Let's not even begin to say look at the roads !!!!!!!

So you already pay state taxes when you buy something and that money, some of it goes to the roads now you have tolls and some of that money goes to the roads and now when you buy gasoline some of that money to help fix the road and yet the roads are still poor conditioneven though you have multiple taxes going to pay for the roads

Wrong ! liers ! Tolls are just another tax . We paid off those toll roads a long time ago but the local government wants the money. So they continue to FLEECE the American people out of greed.

So what do you know or feel about the market further up in barrier islands like seaside lavallette ocean beach normandy beach.Are prices dropping do we feel the prices are going to come down or are they going to still continue to climb wether it be at a slower rate.alot of people are sittingbon side lines hoping to see a crash in order to buy beach property but I dont see it their not making more beach front property in nj thoughts??

While staying at the El Coronado in the Crest got to talking to a retired guy maybe 7 years ago. Asked him why he had a huge trash 40 yard container at his one yeah old house. Builder used poisoned sheet rock from cheating communist china. Whatever was in this dangerous sheetrock attacked the copper wire and plumbing faucets and contaminated the insulation. All of the insulation, faucets, and wire had to be replaced . Builder went bankrupt and cheating lying china said they were looking into it. No bars in the Crest and not many places for pizza or a hoagie but love the peace & quiet.
