What’s the fastest way you find to get a stock pile of Kelbi horns for ancient potions?
I mod my consumables like Kelbi Horns but I would recommend the packs in Wildspire or Coral Highlands that spawn right outside the camp and give them a good uppercut with the hammer and they will come right off!

I position myself near the head and it tends to do them often.

I wish I could dodge and hit him like that. My runs he never sits still, and is just going everywhere. I'm also terrible at remembering moves so trying to remember his move sets are the worst :(

I can’t get this glitcch to work, do palico need to be level 50 and the hunter need a fatalis weapon to work?
You need to be on PC and have high FPS for the glitch to occur.

This is a good run, thanks for putting this in with normal gear. But "safely tenderize when on the ground" is not true. He can still kill you by moving instantly. And sorry, the way Fatalis moves in your video is just not experience I have. He gives literally no openings.
Thanks for the input. My experience with tenderizing on all 4's is that if you start the tenderize animation during one of Fatalis's attack it's very unlikely it should be able to cart you. Using Rocksteady has a massive damage reduction built in plus the Health Boost and Divine Blessing skills should be enough to safely get through this but as always, really bad RNG can be a factor. If you tenderize when it's on 2 legs there is a high chance it will flop down and squish you. The squish is avoidable but the timing is very tight so I don't want to show this since I think it's less consistent and more likely to cause the hunter to cart. Some attacks you can safely tenderize during the standing animation include cones, sweeping beam attacks or downward breaths (although if the timing isn't right it's easy to get hit with a follow up beam). When it's on all 4s nearly all attacks can be safely tenderized if using Rocksteady except for the Fireball and Fly which is kind of the known 1 shot ability of Fatalis for phase 1 and phase 2. In phase 3 it's replaced with the Triple Charged fireball when enraged and during this the head cannot be tenderized, the chest can be though!
@@Syn_mhThanks for the explaination. Trying to remember that. You are right, nearly always its possible to tenderize when on all fours with one of the mantles. Really bad RNG it seems from my side. Still the amount of cone attacks you had in your run are insane. Nothing like how my Fatalis moves. I know about baiting, so it seems I'm doing something wrong. Needless to say that having to bait out a specific move is kind of a weird design.
Seems sketchy because your fatalis legit doesnt respond to you at all or attack to blow up your barrels like you changed the game code so hes docile lol
First I hit em with the Ghillie mantle and went Solid Snake on it's ass then I smoked myself and like John Cena, Fatalis just can't see me.

I'm sorry I know it's still a bit much for someone's first attempt since they will likely start trying to beat it before MR 100 but really my feeling is the MR requirement is way too low for this quest and it should be at least 100 which would give the hunter access to all the upgrades and augments I'm using.
