Record voice, import it in Premiere Pro, then plan out where you will create animations, I tend to create a sequence max 10 seconds long, then link it to After Effects.

Its for sure made in blender, I found the same airport model on sketchfab costs 40$ San Francisco International Airport (SFO), and some 3d airplane models. All in all pretty complex animations. It could be made in ae but its super hard.

@@mathewgraphic Actually I think I just found out what he uses. So I went to a place called renderhub and found this guy that sells like a bunch of parts of cities and AIRPORTS. They look exactly like the models in neos videos. So I then researched further and saw that he creates that by using a plugin called dem earth in cinema 4d. SO I bet thats how he does everything. His name is 3dstudio I think.
