Shiba Maggon fondly known as the Queen of the Indian Basketball is the former captain of the Indian women team. Her playing career unveiled in the year 1989 and she hanged her shoes in the year 2010. Hailed from Karnal ( Haryana ) she was introduce to the sports at Karnal itself. She took advance training of Basketball at Sports authority of India Chandigarh from year 1991 to 1996 and went on to play for Indian Railways from the 1996 to 2002, finally moving on to MTNL Delhi in the year 2002 and continued to play till 2010.

Introduction to the fundamentals stage
Need to do the bounce pass around a (pretty much) stationary opponent in the middle of two players who is waiving their arms up and down, to teach the 5 passing "lanes" through a player also. Most of this is pretty good, jump stops and pivots can be taught with both feet with kids this age also. The use of the cones may be a bit over done IMO.
