It's called Garry's Mod and I was playing with some friends on a TF RP server, though sadly now it's not that active anymore.
It has been a while.....
this is one of the most beautiful pieces of tf media ive ever seen come from indie production from the music choice to the gorgeous retro cybernetic art style im all for this and im excited to see whats in store for it
