i always go to the swamp area before doing butterfly so ive thankfully never struggled against her as by the time i get to her i usually have a +4 fortified zweihander or blanched greatsword and am around lvl 30-40 with nearly my full build setup with atlas 😭i dont think i could bring myself to fight her right out of the oliver fight especially solo

ive got like 600 or so hours in this game and this newest playthrough is the first time ive found out theres a queenslayer greatsword in the starting area ive killed the enemy that leads from it multiple times and always go back there like (oh theres nothing here) this time though i caught a small glimpse of an outcrop as i ran by and found the damn chest

shit i literally just booted my game up level 105 i was feeling the same way about multiplayer id love to fuck around in multiplayer and wanted to do a coop run myself but didnt really have folk to play with

I have not played this game. And ive only seen a few of your episodes of it. Tbh, its not even really on my list. But how does the combat feel to play? The enemies look to have stunning designs, as does your weaponry. But the combat itself looks like it plays a bit...clunky. does it feel that way to you?

Glad you found the Cainhurst summons! You might want to follow up on that 😉 Some lore and world for you: The Iosefka you could talk to at the start of the game is gone. The one you find in the back of the clinic is an imposter. The real one became one of the blue alien creatures because of the imposter. The alien on the table has a human looking arm to prove this. The other aliens you find in the clinic are people of Yharnam that you sent there instead of to the chapel, who were then experimented on.

Definitely go back and kill her and use what she drops, infact use 3 of them and at the end of the game choose the option to refuse German's request.

The road to cainhurst starts in Hemwick Charnel Lane, but tread carefully. It's not for the faint of heart, but the blood of beasts may help keep your spirits warm. Good luck hunter 🎉🎉

btw, the root chalices are randomized dungeons. depending on which chalice and depth you choose, you can even potentially find rare-ish items in the coffins in side rooms (indicated by a golden door). the rare items arent necessary at all, they are just the same weapons that you can get otherwise, but they have different layouts for what types of blood gems you can put in the weapon, or it is very high tier runes. neither are important at all for a casual playthrough really, but i personally enjoy delving around the dungeons to find them in each new run. also, the ones that dont say "root" are essentially "main story" chalice dungeons

Rom is indeed tedious on the first run through, the best strat for me was getting a few hits in and running from the small ones

Fun Fact #11: A Bloodborne pro will never underestimate spiders of any size... They look innocent/creepy, but they will jump you and then run your pockets before you knew what happened. Keep your tool ready, my fellow Hunters 💯

Great job! Rom is exactly the PitB you experienced lol. There is a strat where you unequip a weapon, eat a beast pellet, and then repeatedly punch rom in the face to build the meter. You did well without it though. Before you get too much farther, 2 things. 1) dont forget about the Tonsil Stone you got from the Forbidden Forest. 2) There is a hidden path out of the forest; beyond the little gate into the village area, and near some dog cages, off to the left. Im telling you this because nothing would really otherwise prompt you to go back and look for it, and its important (though technically not required, but I think youll want to for the sake of your experience of the game). Bring along some antidotes.

Rom is either one of the easiest bosses in Bloodborne or one of the most frustrating bosses in Bloodborne. There's almost no in-between.

Sorry, but you just kinda suck at ER. Not just PvP, but PvE as well judging from these NG+ boss fights - your timings are way off. And in the arena you didn't get to fight any cancerous stuff this game has to offer. I can agree that PvP in ER has issues, but this clip did not show any of them.

You can't compare pvp with pve. those are real people, you're fighting and they know how to use their I-frames not like npc enemies that have a coded pattern they have to follow.
