thank you so much for preserving these clips ashley! you doing gods work!
Brings back memories that mum giving her son more money to play lol i remember mine doing exactly the same with Street fighter 2 she had to literally pull me away from those machines, now I'm doing the same with my daughter though the arcades are no where near as good as the good old days but she loves them.
😍😍❤❤arcade games
@1:26 on the top left street fighter 2 on a electrocoin arcade machine no less, mannnn I miss the early 90s arcade heyday T_T
Rich kids of 87! What up fuggers
I’m thankful for whoever recorded this I remember the times I had I’m glad I was part of the last generation to experience this born in 1985 definitely grew up in the last greatest generations I remember going to the arcades so much fun memories back in the day
1:09 HADOUKEN!
90s...
can i use your old retro arcade vid for a docu?
If you made this video in the 80’s it would be worth watching but the arcades no longer rule the world of video games so I’ll never be interested in going to the arcade anymore xbox PlayStation PC rule the world of video games now
I see nothing cool about the 80’s the arcade machines were better then the games on consoles if you were to buy an arcade game it would cost $3,000 just for one game the 80’s had the worst consoles talk about the 2000’s when original Xbox Dreamcast PS2 were here that were great as the arcade I own arcade machines cause of the failure of consoles
Those kids must be old now hopefully they found this footage n rmb
Damn silent tears
I always thought my parents were having a good time watching us. Now looking back at the parents here, they weren't 😄
Thats from the early 90s street fighter 2 is there 1:40
hi. i have adding cpc game on my snes mini with caprice32 core. but return to the main menu when i want to launch the game.
Hello Friend. I'm from Argentina and I congratulate you for your videos. a query. How is it done to put the backgrounds in snes mini retroarch like the one you have on? to match the three screen positions? I tried everything and I can't.. I would really appreciate it friend.. regards
The arcade I used to go to back in the late 80's - early 90's was so dark inside you had to watch where you walked, about the only light was the glow from the screens, I guess they did that so there wouldn't be glare on the screens? But anyways you'd see these shady dudes in the back of the arcade from time to time in leather jackets with mullets and ripped jeans ("the hoods" if anybody remembers that slang 80's term) and you knew they were selling weed lol....
Whoa, whoa, whoa that first arcade was not from 1989. At the end of the first arcade you can clearly hear Ryu and or Ken throw multiple fireballs. Now, before anyone says that could be the first Street Fighter...impossible. While you can throw fireballs in the first game not at that rate and it sounded different.
The street fighter 2 reléase in 91
I remember them day's
i cought the end of the arcade era in the early 90s. i didnt get to experience this but pizza parlors had some arcades in the back room. i wish i could have though.
I wish I was born around this time, I was born in the early to mid 2000s
Nothing was better than starting fights in the arcade. Beating the fuck outta people.
at a time when Sega ran out of ideas for arcade games
how many games are in it? what games are included?
0:05 dude in the back look like he about to break the game
I heard he broke it
Pretty cool, but some of it's 90's and I'd argue that even 89 doesn't really qualify as 80's arcade days. After al that was 6 years after the crash and the 2nd wave.
70s and early 80s babies
in the 90's sir just saw street fighter 2
Damn - a decade of memories in less than 2 minutes. That's, like, how long I lasted on Dragon's Lair.
Always hitting up mom for more quarters lol. She hands out only 1 each that lasts 30 seconds at most. I saw MJ moonwalker and x-men. I could hear street fighter in the background. The coolest part was all the noises never got anoying. I definatly miss these.
Link download? Pls
Cool stuff man
Looks awesome! The sound was great too! What image did you use?
Ashley, you should give this Arcade1up theme a try on your Street Fighter cabinet. It's based on Hursty's code but with updated and better matching Arcade1up UI graphics . It even includes the Arcade1up boot video. github.com/justincaseurskynet/Arcade1up-5x4-retropie-es-theme?fbclid=IwAR37lqp1f5cdIQ1UYLepMNjtbMpaqASkrFawPHPi6q2C6zjB9KjFgyhSy7I
Dav E Cool, will have a look. Thanks 👍🏼
ha ha kids asking mam for money ha ha
Can someone explain to me what UDP Telemetry thing is?
udp means udp socket, it transwer Telemetry data from udp socket to telemetry app or a webpage for example
How do you run these games without a keyboard?
iDX1701 You can map any key to a button on your controller via RetroArch and save the controls config per game.
I couldn't get the same started while your video showed a quick run"game.dsk or something like that. Then I switched to crocods is that what you did?
iDX1701 no, go into options via retroarch and turn autorun on
How did you get that border
iDX1701 Hakchi2 CE has custom bezels mod
Did you have to ftp into it?
iDX1701 Depends on what version of hakchi ur using. if you using the lastest version and install the custom bezel mod then no.
Can you please point me to this mod? Thank you
iDX1701 Google Hakchi2 CE. I have shown you the path my friend. The rest of the journey you need to take yourself 😀.
Did you have to edit the command line to run the .dsk files? When I try and run a CPC game it just goes back to the menu.
Make sure the command line starts with /bin/cpc. for example Agent X 2 should be this. /bin/cpc /var/games/CLV-Z-ZKGJU/Agent_X_II_UK_1987_.dsk.7z
Thankyou! The command line on mine is /bin/cpc /usr/share/games/CLV-Z-CBRPH/Super_Robin_Hood.dsk.7z which looks a bit different to yours but I'll try it and if no joy then I'll change usr/share/games to var/games :-) Cheers for the pointer!
Mine might be different because I am using the USB Host hack. My ROMs are on a external USB Stick. Have you installed the Amstrad Emulator via the MODs menu in Haxchi? I recommend the pack that guy puts together. his Amstrad emulator has been modded for the Snes Mini.
Great video
How do you set it up?
:29...STAR WARS
Nice games! Haven't seen yet amstrad on snes mini.
Gpu specs?
Nader Kaddoura Nvidia Geforce 660 GTX
Cant beat Hyperspin in my eyes....yeah its a bit fiddly...yeah its a bit temperamental...but when you get it right its solid and is way better than the others
whos giving you thumbs downs on all your videos?
Wow loving the illuminated buttons...maybe i might get some of them...and your lucky to have your cabinet in the house...my wife wont let me bring mine in ...mines in an out building where its really cold ..brrrrrr
