UV!Killer's effectiveness hasn't really been affected that much, though he's much more of a glass cannon nowadays. He's not bad, it's just that the majority of people don't realize that the Bones and Kick are cursor-aimed. Also, you've never been hit by a full Blaster + Knife + Kick into Bones combo, have you?
Yes, but after a while the blaster+bones kick becomes easy to spot and therefore avoid, and its way too easy to stay away from the bones
And I'm not really saying UV Killer is terrible - as his damage is quite notable, but with the huge map and most combos being much faster than him, there's definitely better options for for around 3200 wins.
I HATE UNDERTALE JUDGEMENT DAY
14:10 The Bone Spinner doesn't do True KR, that's the tiny sans Bone that is summoned when Bone Throw is used for the first time.
