Honestly, terrible phase doesn’t make sense. The lore is that wenda killed them because she didn’t want them to get twisted. Gray can’t get twisted because he is colorless. Everyone else is already dead. People like purple and Simon would make sense to be more distorted but it doesn’t make sense for everyone else to be more dead. Gray wouldn’t have gotten killed because he was already safe since he was colorless.

Tbh the reason I don’t like terrible phase is bc the sounds don’t match the characters (only some of them) for example, Durple/Purple is I believe a trumpet but in terrible it’s like a string which does not make sense. Another example is Mr.tree as he is a organ but instead he is just weird
