@@fabledartificer024 thanks man, I've been messing with the bear claws, the gravity lance and the Crucible Knight Hammer a bit...the death knight great axe. Oh, and the Black Knight hammer too...that's been a good, if fairly standard weapon...but the guard counter on it is cool.

I've been toying with the idea of running a bow build myself. Potential for fun.

Yeah, I love the heavy attack with it. I've tried the second R2 a bit, but it hasn't worked out in an invasion that was worth saving. I did find my old discord account too, I haven't forgot, just got side tracked a bit, but I'll follow up with you once I reset the login and whatnot.

It was extra satisfying too, as I invaded them earlier. I was taking it kind of easy on them, didn't go for the quick kill and let them heal and whatnot. Then a blue showed up, caught me off guard with mega magic and they took me down before I could recover....and of course hit me with the point downs and tea bags and all that. So taking them both out with a single swing of a twinblade was awesome.

Thanks, I appreciate the kind words. I don't sweat it much, this is for fun only, but the logic part of my brain demands answers that I know I'll never get.

So, way back in the day, like original Legen of Zelda on NES, we had Dragon Warrior, the sequels were then Dragon quest. If you got Playstation, I think DQ10 is the most recent one, also great. Art style is very Dragon Ball inspired.

The problem with putting those limitations on normal honest players, is that you'll see some folks using save edited files or drops from reddit people that have unlimited items, like Golem Great Arrows, that you can't buy and suck to farm...unlimited perfumes, rot pots, starlight shards, sleep stuff... and the honest people just playing are put at a disadvantage to people that have 99 questionable obtained copies of a weapon so they can do easy hard swaps.

That's very true Rofo, you were not only happy to see it, but mad YT didn't tell you sooner.

You'll see a lot of the same faces while invading or in the arena, but there are some people there. The fromsoft community tries to organize events for old games about once a year, for like a weekend. Return to Majula, for DS2, return to Lordran for DS1, ect. Or a Halloween event for gravelording things like that. Just gotta keep aware to find them before it's too late.

Yeah, the build would shine more at higher levels, but I kept it low for activity back in the day. But the speed of the pokes and the slower greatsword makes for good mixups on the roll catches and general combat. Lots of fun.

Bubble is a way of life!

I mean...it's equipped, but I never really use it. I need to start implementing it into my invasions.

It always boggles my mind when they just stand in it.

It can be painful to watch phantoms you outplayed teabag you, because they have full stamina, poise and crazy defense, and act like they're amazing. But on the flip side, it is so satisfying to get 300K runes from taking them down, and just watching the host they were carrying panic when they're alone. But it's like when you let your little cousin sink a basket ball on you and suddenly they're Kobe or LeBron...you just can't take it too seriously. I'd be lying if I said it NEVER gets to me, but 95% of the time, I laugh it off and think 'yup, you're the best bud' lol
