Hey bro, I'm still loving this chair up to this day. Only downside for me was the neck support pillow which I swapped and second I didn't get a manual with the chair. However, it was very easy to assemble it even without the manual/instructions. Hope this helps. Take care.

@romangames88 Yeah, no problem. I apologize for any profanity or any other bold remarks. In the heat of the moment, I was and still am extremely upset. This chair was almost 400 Canadian dollars, which is outrageous for the build quality. I do believe that money can easily be spent elsewhere on another chair that'll exceed expectations. I appreciate your response, especially in a timely manner. Have a good one.

I am personally happy with it, however, there are better and more comfy chairs out there, my advise for people would be (go to the store and try different chairs before purchasing). Take care 😉.

Hi bro, I can't help you here unfortunately because I haven't tried/tested other gaming chairs. This is my first ever gaming chair that I purchased and I am happy with it. Like I mentioned before, it does have one annoying thing, the positioning of the neck supporting pillow, it just doesn't stay where it suppose to stay, it drops lower to shoulder height and everytime you have to pull it back to neck height. I replaced it with another one. But the chair is good and comfortable. All I can suggest is you go to your local store where you have gaming chairs already assembled and you can try and test them before you buy. Hope that helps. Adios amigo 😉

For the price I paid, I am very happy with thia chair. It's comfortable, but there are better chairs out there and they will cost more. Quality is good, only downaide for me was the pillow (neck support) it sits too low for me (somewhere on shoulder height) so I replaced it with another one. My advice is to visit local stores where you can find this chair already assembled and try it on. This is my first gaming chair and I am happy with it. Good Luck.

@@romangames88 I've had 3 different DX Racers and I loved all of them, however I can't get one in Canada :( I don't think I can try any chairs where I live, so I will probably get the TC100 and hope for the best! Worst case scenario I can try to sell it after using it for a while. Thanks again, brother.

There are better gaming chairs out there, but for the price this chair is great. All depends on budget.

I iam 180 tall and I have exactly same problem with the neck pillow and it is very uncomfortable for me, thats why I took it off and instead I am using small head rest pillow from my previous car which sits higher on this chair and supports head as it should. I highly recommend you to buy something like that, I got mine on aliexpress.

Thanks for sharing your opinion and experience assembling this chair with us. 1. No instructions manual, true. I also had no manual booklet. 2. Threads quality, I had no problems with that at all. (Probably yours came with defect). 3. Cushion/hard and uncomfortable? This is where I don't agree with you. I find it very comfortable, again this is all personal. 4. Narrow? Again, all depends individually, what is your weight and height? For me 83kg and 180cm height this is perfect, enough room even for sitting crosslegged. Would be nice if you could share your weight and height so people would have an idea. I had the same issues: 1. No manual (but it wasn't too terrible to assemble - I only came here to confirm I did it right because I get paranoid. (And I got extra screws???) 2. I also had thread problems, but as the Content Creator stated in your replies, it is a defect and what I did was wobble the screw around as I wrenched it in - worked out for me, although extremely inconvenient for a $200 chair. However, this part: 3. I am about to try it out right now, give me a sec...(~2 minutes later) Yep I love it. It's stiff, but that's how you're supposed to sit, my friend. It keeps your back straight! I like the tightness of it as well. It makes me feel secure. Also, I am even going to 1up the Content Creator and say the pillow on my shoulder makes it even more straight! Which I respect, a lot. (If you want it on your neck for comfort, I get that too.) TO ALL PEOPLE CONCERNED: JUST TRY IT YOURSELF! Don't let others sway you away from a potential keeper! TO EACH THEIR OWN. <3

Hello, I also enjoy sitting cross legged from time to time and I found this chair comfortable, I think I tried sitting cross legged three or four times already and I haven't felt anything that made me uncomfortable. The bolsters on this chair have some support but they also give you free space to move about. I had a quick look at your chair and bolsters look really aggressive and I feel like once you sit you can't have some flexibility there. This chair is not like that, it's nice and comfy for cross legged position, and again this is my opinion and I am 83kg and 180 height. Hope that helps. Take care amigo 😉

Hi, one month owning this chair and it's amazing. Very comfortable and durable. Only thing I don't like is the small pillow (head support) it's just not high enough for me, every time I sit down I have to push it upwards because if I don't, it sits behind upper back (weird). So I took it off and put a small soft pillow from my ex car and it's amazing. Really happy with this chair.

its a great chair, but beware, i bought it during black friday, and it appears it was a much worse version, with much worse build quality, it was uncomfortable, cushion was hard, painful to sit in over time, and had very little padding/stuffing. stores wont disclose that ! i manage to get it exchanged after a few months, assuming it was going to be the normal, higher quality version, lo and behold, it was. It was much much better, very comfortable and much higher quality than the horrible black friday version, amazing chair for the price
