This might be late but I’m an experienced sprout player and I just wanted to share my strat with people who might want some tips :) WARNING: A LOT OF YAPPING Distracting For trinkets, I would recommend veemote dog plush, because you don’t get many tapes at all when you’re distracting, and automatically getting ten tapes per floor definitely helps. Ask your teammates to not pick up any tapes. Only five tapes might not seem like too much, but I think there’s like four tape drops per floor and they add up. I won’t give any distracting tips here but remember you have 200 stamina. You also might want to pick up useless items that probably no one will use them. You get tapes for using items. Examples for useless items: Gumballs, Chocolate, Stealth Candy, Skillcheck Candy, maybe Speed Candy? These items aren’t useless but I just think they’re rarely used. The inventory you want is probably two heals and one item slot for useless items. Also, this might sound a bit weird, but maybe not heal the people that keep getting hit? Your main priority should be distractors and just helpful toons for the team. If someone you think might not deserve a heal gets on one hp, I like to ask everyone if they think they should be healed. I have social anxiety tho, so you might do something else. Anyway, that’s all I could think of for distracting as Sprout. I’ll edit this if I think of anything else. Extracting/ multitasker This is the strat I use, so I’ll probably give more info. The build I use is veemote magnifying glass. You are a slow extractor, so it’s harder to get tapes, that’s why veemote comes in handy. Getting ten tapes per floor automatically is really nice. And magnifying glass is for doing more machines. If you want a half build, use veemote dog plush or veemote pink bow. If you see someone that’s being chased and you think they might need help, then try and pull the twisteds away from them. You have four star movement speed and five star stamina, so don’t stress out if you have no speed trinkets on. You should focus on keeping everyone alive and getting as much tapes as possible.
