hell sir hergen. May I know what lens you use?
It was a bit of a mix. Here is the article with full details www.nauticam.com/blogs/news/solomon-islands-with-the-panasonic-s1
super impressive.
Amazing !!!!
Nice, its still my absolutely dream Combo 😍 Actually i use the Lumix G9 in a Nauticam Housing with WWL-1 and CMC Lenses.
Wow - the video is stunning -those ambient light filters are just amazing. Just about to order some myself for my GH5 setup. One question - have you done much in the way of experimenting with HDR underwater, and what results have you had, whether GH5 or S1R?
They are a big help. If your camera is capable of shooting at higher ISO without much penalty, I would look into adding the lens filter as well. If you look a the Z Cam video, that was shot with a combination of the two. It does remove 2 stops of light so you just need to take that into account. Unless you re shooting a canon, the lens filter helps a lot.
Sorry, about the HDR, all the RED footage could be edited and rendered in HDR, as could the E2 but you need a true HDR reference monitor ($$$) to do the grading but the footage has the necessary dynamic range.
@@HergenSpalink I use a GH5 currently. I'll see how I get on when the lockdown allows diving again, and compare notes :)
very good shooting and editing ! music not in the same league can you tell me lenses and filters you used ?
wow! your quality in video has improved a lot since Komodo! very nice work
Great video - I’m making the switch from M43 to FF and my S1H is on the way. Which lenses are you using?
ScubaBobOC thanks! I shot this mostly with the Canon 16-35 as I damaged my WACP the second day. Macro is with the 100mm canon. I would recommend using the WACP.
Hergen Spalink Oh that’s very interesting, but whoa $$$$!!
Mr.Hergen..i need your opinion.. can i use 16 - 35mm and 100mm macro lense in WACP 2? Or i have to change to other port for my S1H when im shooting macro
Fantastic Videos - did you make any new videos with Gopro8 and Keldan lights ? This is my equipment
Thanks! I haven’t no, sorry!
Absolutely spectacular film. Are the schooling fish from 2:50 onwards lanternfish?
Thanks! I believe they are slender cardinal fish but that’s just a guess.
Hergen Spalink seems right, thanks
Fantastic Hergen! Will you be at Boot messe?
Thanks Marcus! Yup, I'll be in the Nauticam booth. Hope to see you there!
@@HergenSpalink Great! See you on Saturday 25th //M
Love this! Can't wait to see more and possibly bring my RED below the ocean one day :) Keep up the good work! Cheers from Sweden

Incredible
AMAZING VIDEO. what is the music? thank you!

awsome! like i am there. what lens were you using on this beast?
What lens? Nice footage. Never seen under water footage on gh5. CLean stuff.
Beautiful!
amazing. how are you able to get such stable, smooth shots? did you use final cut stabilizer? still looks very sharp though.
what lens and dome port did you use?
one one word for this ..... WOW !!!
Woahhhh.....😍
Woahhh.... very good. Im gonna be in Batanta next month. Plan on doing loads of filming with the Hero 5. Your video looks fantastic, the reefs look unreal to. Check out my video in the Philippines. Its with Hero 3. ruclips.net/video/RXVYpzyhL_o/видео.html
Holly cow, this almost converts me to video! What lights are you using? What camera mount? What software did you edit with? Settings? Does Backscatter even know?
Hey Rusty, thanks man! Shot with the high CRI Keldans and the flip filter with white balance set at 2-3000K. Edited with Final Cut Pro X but there's not much you can do with GoPro as it is so compressed already. Backscatter knows but it is too long for them to use.
Sublime
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fantastic video! You are definitely pushing your GoPro to the max.
Bending it to my will ;-)
Beautiful work
Thank you!
stellar video and stellar diving!
Thank you!
so beautifull!!!
Thank you!
