Just found this. First discovered Renaissance in the 70s and bought 'Live at Carnegie Hall'. Fell in love with Annie and her voice and she has still got it! I have from Prologue to Camera Camera on Vinyl and the rest on Itunes. Regularly listen to them all. My all time favourite band.

My massive respects and thanks to Jethro Tull (and Martin Barre especially in this case) for the great creation. I think of Ednaswap (Scott Cutler Anne Preven Phil Thornalley) (and I wonder how many others if I was more knowledgeable) to whom I should feel (and am) grateful for their creations. [Sorry for the terrible sentence and punctuation ... but hopefully any reader will get my drift]

Part of it made me think of some movie music from Avatar.

I remember listening to the Scheherazade album when it came out and arrived at the college radio station, loved it, and still play my own cd copy. This was a beautiful walk down memory lane. Annie has a great voice, and I loved the prog rock of that era. Real music for sure. These days I also listen to the amazing Floor Jansen, who fronts Nightwish these days, and does solo music as well.

Supertramp não foi nada antes nem depois do Roger, mas foi gigante e a melhor durante Roger. As melhores e mais lindas composições e arranjos fantásticos, únicos são dele. Foi a alma do Supertramp, por isso sobreviveu sozinho. O cara é completo, fantástico ❤

Since I discovered Supertramp, and Roger only a month ago, I wonder where I have been, listening to Pink Floyfmd, and my other new favorite, Steely Dan's, I am really amazed at how talented Toger is, both intelligent talentef with his words, and songs, as well as his ability to play so many instruments. I can play the piano, with sheet music, he sings and plays with his eyes closed. That's how I focus when I work out at the gym. He also is so knowledgeable that he knows he only has a trumpet, or saxophone with a drummer to make a beautiful full sound. I wonder how come he isn't touring anymore. There should be a documentary about his life story. I would have loved seeing Supertramp in concert. I read that his other songwriter/piano band member is ill. I still go to concerts, seeing classic rock i saw the Doobie Brothers. I love everything from Leon Russelll, Jethro Tull, to Led Zepplin, even Frank Zappa, Earth, Wind & Fire. Recently, someone gifted me in 2023, with a ticket for Parker Playhouse to see ELP, with only Palmer, who put on a great show as the drummer, playing along with videos of Emerson & Lake doing their thing, beautifully coordinated to sound like they were on stage playing! Thank you

Thank you for this...from the first time in themid70s when i heard Roger sing Lady i was a fan...his first solo album is a gem also particularly the song Only because of you which is a romantic masterpiece...😊❤

This sounds like from the Pros & Cons tour, which I’ve only ever heard in a bad bootleg VHS tape someone gave me. The main clue is the drum break; pretty sure it’s Andy Newmark - otherwise a great drummer - but he get a little too syncopated and tricky - like almost trying to throw the band off. I also remember that Clapton mainly stepped out to solo on the Pros & Cons stuff, and otherwise didn’t seem to want to fill in for Gilmour’s signature solos.
