It’s another first time opening here on the DOC with a 2015 Bowman Asia Edition hobby box! Actually it’s a second time opening but due to technical difficulties the original footage was lost so another box was quickly procured for your viewing pleasure! love that i stumbled upon you guys!! keep the videos comin. the 1990 griffey jr. upperdeck was the card that got me hooked in collecting. i recently started rebuilding my collection and started picking up 80s and 90s RCs now that i couldn't afford back then. the donruss elite 1992 griffey jr. is my holy grail. one day i will get my hands on one.
Right on, glad you found the channel! KGJ is one of our all time favorite players so we get excited anytime we pull him. We actually opened a handful of 89 upper deck packs the other day but sadly no Griffey. We’re about to film a series of episodes breaking 91-93 Donruss boxes in search of the Elite inserts. They’re nearly impossible to pull but we figured we’d give it a shot.
And I thought 1991 Fleer was the worst set... Only 24 Gold Leaf Rookies 😂 They could've at least spiced up Series 1 by giving us a Gold Leaf Henderson Bunt card 😆
