2024 RUTGERS UNIVERSITY NROTC COMMISSIONING CEREMONY

ON 13 MAY 2024, THE BLACK DRAGON BATTALION SAID FAREWELL AND HELLO TO THE OUTGOING MIDSHIPMEN AND THE INCOMING ENSIGNS AND 2NDLT.
AFTER FOUR YEARS OF HARD WORK ACADEMICALLY, PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY, THESE ENSIGNS AND SECOND LIEUTENANT PASSED ALL THE CHALLENGES THAT LED THEM TO THIS DAY, THEIR COMMISSIONING.
