This is the most helpful video I have seen about this subject. I did this twice to test. First time I followed the video. Second time I steamed them instead of boiled. I think steaming was much much easier.

Do you think it's ok for me to freeze the sausage links after boiling and de-casing them? I want to make a big batch of this

Is it safe to cook chicken down so rapidly in ice after it being on high heat? Then further messing with temperatures by heating it again? It’s a great idea abs would love to try it but have to consider salmonella and other harmful risks when cooking with chicken
