Beautiful hand bell ringing! Mesmerising. I loved all the methods rung especially charm. Brilliant!
Durrrr! Can't drink out of glass glasses! hmmm! Also, can't sit in chairs on the grass when it will grow over any dents or holes in seconds. ok. Just weird, but other than that, I can certainly watch the streams from the very beginning, although I do skip the first few minutes which is the promo or trailer on repeat repeat repeat.
£2 a roll?!?!
Number Six Ouch! Remind me to bring my own pack-up should I attend one of these days.
Is the ringing room off limits? The bells are pretty, but it would have been nice to see the ringers in action.
Rick Foley i agree
There were discussions about whether or not to have a camera in the ringing chamber. It was concluded that having a camera in the ringing chamber would possibly put more pressure on the ringers than they’re already under which would be unfair. I’m sure you could imagine being in a high pressure situation like this and being filmed is one of the last things you want. Furthermore, there was the possibility that not everyone would want to be filmed and there would have been issues with gaining permission from each ringer in each band.
Great coverage - but I can't watch the first 4 hours - always starts playing at the 4 hour mark (of 8 hours). Anyone know why this happens? Thank you to all those involved and the teams who took part.
Hi Katharine and thank you for your feedback. The first half is still being encoded by RUclips and this takes a bit of time. It should be completed within the next few hours.
