I've troubles at beginning a new game, commands don't respond neither in joystick port 1 nor port 2. Can someone help me please?

Too tough! I only know I played game 2 more than I have the rest, though I certainly recognise some others. At least they seem like games I would have enjoyed, because of atmosphere. The Egyptian themed one seems interesting, I know I tried it on emulator, never had it on original though.

Radarsoft had some very nice titles, but often with very awful music renditions. Shame really, as some games would be a lot better with an original soundtrack behind it.

Unfortunately music in game 2 is corrupt.

I met him at a local C64 enthusiasts meeting where he talked a little bit about his game developing experience in those days. Mostly about how his games would sell for about two weeks and then they would be pirated.

Very cool. There was also a 'bad ending' I got once back in the day, but I cant remember exactly how i did it, I think I cut the guy free and got the chopper, but just flew to the border instead of rescuing the guys in the camp first. I have to replay it again.

DRJ is John Vanderaart, he made some really cool C64 games (i loved 'Hopeless') and had a very humorous way of writing articles for Dutch C64 magazine 'Dossier Commodore'. One of my heroes in the C64 age. @faqmanvanderaart

Gauntlet much more expanded. I never played this game and i love c64 (still have one). AVGN will say that - color palette still looks like dihareaa :P

Simple 2D games are what the C64 excelled it! Managed to get to level 13 or 14 back in the day. Not sure what happens beyond that?

I would say its pretty accurate to original, except for the boss ship at the end, which is completely different.

I remember this game. Tapanimäki initially developed it for a programming competition, taking care of all aspects except the music. Interesting game, with nice colorful graphics and music with good appeal.
