This is the MOST INCREDIBLE place I have ever seen!!

MLS shows "7-10 ft low tide depth"! This home is on the marsh, not a navigable waterway. With luck, high tide, full moon, and a Nor'Easter they might get 3- 4' of water at the end of the dock. It would be nice if RE agents checked the facts...or maybe the Lister is not worried about truth in advertising.

Fractional ownership is excellent money management...much better than having a Gulfstream sit in the hangar in between flights...so says my financial adviser. I wonder: Why you passed on the opportunity to offer me something more agreeable to my taste? I am in the market for 4 bedrooms with the ocean view but without the noise factor. Of course we all know that fractional ownership is just a time share fo a jet.Only losers who want to be somebody buy fractional ownership and brag about it as if they have accomplished something with their lives.The only thing you might be able to afford in the Caribbean is a cabin on a cruise ship and we aren`t talking about the nicer levels either.So go buy your post cards of the Caribbean and try to convince yourself that you live their and enjoy your double wide at home.

Very nice, very nice...but the only time I would enjoy my terrace is at 3 in the morning when the street noise would be less than the ocean music. And the so-called amazing view...of what? Who in the world would want to pay to see all the docks, the other buildings of Miami 20 hrs a day...I could buy a "real" ocean view anywhere in the Caribbean without the city noise, factories, construction and use my fractional ownership flight card on a Gulfstream 500 to go where ever I need to go.
