My view of the start of the 2024 Coca-Cola 600. We were in section 136, row 17. It was a good view, but I would have preferred to sit four or five more rows up. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The finest soldiers in the world, the men and women of the US Army. This was a demonstration before the race. Very impressive. The rotorwash was blowing everything that wasn't weighted down. I highly recommend attending the race in person. There is no substitution for the at track experience. The fanzone and pre-race ceremonies are incredible. This is just a short video showing the fantastic views from the front stretch going into turn one. Watching Qualification Day in person was a great experience. I highly recommend it as you can watch from different places in both the infield and the stands. The speed these cars carry into the corners is amazing!

This is the view of the start of the Bristol night race from the Pearson grandstand. We were in section EE row 20. The view was fantastic. Overall, we had a great time and plan on returning next year.
Ohio State Highway Patrol pursuit results in crash

The Highway patrol was chasing an alleged drunk driver. As the driver was fleeing he ran into my rear trailer at over 100 mph. I was empty at the time so it was a pretty violent impact. I suffered a bad case of whiplash which required seven weeks of therapy at a chiropractor. Sorry for the grainy video. The Trooper's camera was not functioning properly.

One of the most exciting parts of the race is anticipating those pace laps. Hearing those engines, smelling the fuel, nothing else like it!

I think you'll be fine. It truly is an amazing place. We had so much fun tailgating, enjoying the fan zone, and watching the race. We're going back this year.

What’s the difference between a wellhead and a casing head?
I should actually rename this video. I landed a wellhead. A casing head is just a piece of metal affixed to the top of a conductor pipe (casing). Sometimes people interchange the two terms. Just oilfield vernacular.....
