Do you have any advice on camera mounting/setup? I really enjoy watching your videos because they seem to do a much better job than most at representing how steep some of these trails are. You have done a really good job at eliminating the "Gopro effect". Good riding too!

Enjoying your videos a lot. The image quality on the 10 is really nice and I actually like the 4:3 picture better than the usual wide format. Yours are the only videos I see that actually do a decent job at capturing the steepness of some of these trails.

Been hitting this one recently and while I can sort of get down those drops without killing myself, I'm amazed at how "in control" you are. Just out of curiosity, what brakes are you running? 'cuz if I upgrade to the same brakes you have, I'll be as smooth as you, lol! ;-)

I haven't rode Smoothies I guess in at least 3 years. What happened to the old ending line under the trees and the impossible Rut with the hard left turn?

STUMP! The trail looks so epic with all the greenery and hero dirt. Much different now lol Your gopro settings are excellent! Can you please share? Your footage is the best when it comes to showing how steep and chunky the terrain actually is and removing the "gopro" effect where everything looks much smoother than it actually is. Epic!

Are hikers being funneled into climbing chutes from the irvine park side because of the trail closures from the dam releases? From their site it says: "Santiago Creek Trail and Historic Dam Trail at the front entrance of the park are closed due to the Villa Park dam release. "

I have to hit this again once the mud dries. Every time I've been on it it's been dusty and mega slippery. I should bring my dually too, I've only been down it on a hardtail, I don't recommend doing that!

Ok, this is like the trails on the central coast. Way more my style! I'm over the "one mile of controlled vertical skid" trails you guys have dug in the side of the canyon (except for repoman, I love that one). I'm going to find golden nugget as soon as the rain ends.

Looks like you dropped in from the water towers. I remember back in the day we ran a trail about three quarters up Mathis that we called bong drop. I could be mistaken, taken a lot of blows to the head over the years. Really great riding skills Bro!
