Growing up in Arizona allowed me to enjoy the great outdoors. On this channel I hope to capture a lot of fun outdoor adventures ranging from Off-road trips to fishing and crabbing on the Central Oregon Coast.

The New River Trail is a fun easy run with beautiful scenary along the way. We did manage to get some footage of one of the last obsticles. There is a rock pile for those looking for a challenge, I avoided that section.

Fun!
May I ask you if my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee can handle this trail with 31” tires and 2 inch lift but no skid plate and no lockers? Thank you for your time
Sorry for the delayed response, but yes I believe your Cherokee would do just fine. There are only a few spots where you need to pick a good line.
What psi did you air down the tires for that trail? Thanks for your time 🙏
I run 18-20 psi on this type of trail. I will go down to 10 psi when I am at the sand dunes, but nothing less as I do not have bead locks.
Good job Blue!
Wellcome to Portugal 🇵🇹
We really had a great time in Portugal. Beautiful country and nice people!
Lost revenue crew.....as a beginner jeep owner...i can already tell that this is a perfect n am .....
This group is made up of folks that work for Arizona Department of Revenue which lead to the group name along with the costs of having a 4 wheel drive. Thanks for the comment
Great video! I didnt know about this trail. Will probably head out here in a few weeks
Thanks, just saw your message and hope you had a great run up Millsite Canyon
Awesome, I have been wanting to try this trail for a while. I've run the elephant butte section a few times but always wanted to take the harder trail.
I am only running 315/70/17's and a 2" lift. That one obstacle beat up my rock sliders pretty good, but definitely a great trail. I don't think a full size could make it.
@@gmsimanson I'm similar, 2 Door JK with 2.5" lift and 35" tires, factory locker and sway bar disco. It seems like the right dimensions of the 2 Door might help on this one.
I think having 35" or bigger tires would have made more of a difference than wheel base dimensions in my opinion. Kory's Toyota is running 33" tires and I feel he could have faired better with 35" tires as well. I think both 2-door and 4-door wranglers have their advantages and disadvantages. All in all Millsite Canyon is an awesome trail and I recommend you take it before it gets to hot! Take a friend or two as the trail offers great obstacles. @@andrewsmith1655
Nice video. Gotta love activities that make you slow down, pay attention, and enjoy the surroundings…
How long did it take you guys to complete?
Nice video! The trail was definately harder than last time I did it, but it made for a great day. It was nice to meet and your son Kyle. See on ya on the next one.
It sure was a difficult trail but that made for a fun day! It was nice to meet you as well and definitely looking forward to hitting some trails with you again (Elvis?)
Nice trail. The water crossing was pretty cool.
Thanks for the comment. I have been hanging out around Sycamore Creek since the early 80's as seen with my old 81 Chevy at the end of the video.
fantastic
Thanks for the comment. I am just starting to get into this RUclips stuff.
That’s a very old stump! Not sure where this is, but looks like west coast USA. There’d been lots of huge trees there centuries ago. Carbon 14 dating result would be interesting. 🇨🇦🖖🏻🇨🇦
This log washed up on South Beach, Oregon. (near Newport)
@@gmsimanson Thanks. Looked like the Pacific but wasn’t sure. 🇨🇦🖖🏻🇨🇦
the trash is really bad otherwise great area for some easy local off road trails
I used to go out there in the 80's and it was a lot cleaner and less target shooting. Not sure I would take my family out there for a day of playing in the creek like back in the day. However, if you run that Lower Sycamore Loop there is a spot that we walked and determined we needed bigger rigs for... All in all it was a fun day. Thanks
how can someone potentially join? the fam and I have been exploring but wanting to get out more but sketched about going alone in the AZ desert 🌵
There are several local groups on Facebook like AZ Offroading, Phoenix East Valley Off-Road you can join and they plan regular trips.
