Haven't tried that yet though over cloaking can be tricky to try and get the most of the cards performance with it still being stable

Well they used unreal engine 5.3 with nanite and lumen so that's probably why it's so demanding and it could be unoptimized on top of that aswell though I'll have to do more test to know for sure

Well the memory is slower than the 3060 by alot but the a770 does have alot more bandwidth and a much larger memory bus to make up for having slower memory though I can't say what is better slower memory with better bandwidth and larger memory bus or fast memory with worse bandwidth and smaller memory bus. Nether card needs to worry about running out of vram so i dont think it really matters with these two cards but it's definitely interesting

you can expect the performance in my video if you buy either one of those cards if you have the 5800x3d and that's the point of the video I only have the 5800x3d and I'm not buying and building an intel pc just for the arc comparison videos I do thank you for the information

@@ARCTX ARC is CPU specific. When it launched it was very similar no matter if INTEL or AMD CPU. But the architecture demands INTEL and now that the drivers mature we are seeing a gap in the performance that is only going to wider. Also when we get APO with Battlemage and Celestial where it might start to make difference it will also boost the Alchemist. Now I think there is +20% on the table and that will go to optimize the card and pairing to INTEL CPU. APO is claimed to have 10-50% boost. So if the Battlemage equals the 4080 in time it will go past and then more. But it needs the INTEL CPU. It will be interesting times ahead if this all comes true.

i am routing for ARC, and from what I saw here, I think the test was "fair". Why? Intel GPU and Nvidia GPU on an AMD CPU..... OPEN PLAYING FIELD, neither are supposed to have an advantage. I am considering ARC and I would surely pair it with an Intel CPU.

@@mrbabyhugh A770 for example at 1080p is pretty average compared but we are talking high FPS so you really can't say it is bad. 1440p it compares lot better and surpasses the competition in many tasks and games getting close to 4070ti. 4k 4070ti can't do it. 192 bit bus is not enough. A770 instead has 256 bit bus and can do 4k in most games in mid and high and even RT. Also XeSS XMX has many titles now the supported is as many as AMD and Nvidia as they are cutting each other. INTEL CPU also gives added performance to ARC. APO is still a new thing but as the support grows it is going to give 10-50% boost. For the Alchemist there are still plenty on the table. Also A770 overclocks pretty well. 2786MHz at 1.16V at 271W. Base is 2100MHz (2400MHz) 225W. Because you need to add the CPU performance with ARC as different architecture and if you compare the gameplay for example 4070ti I would say the ARC is better. Taken in count that 3DMark Time Spy Graphics Score for the A770 is 13641 and for 4070ti it is 22813. This makes no sense. AMD/Nvidia don't rely on the CPU. INTEL ARC does. So is this a half the score for the INTEL? It has been shown that AMD/Nvidia needs 2 frames to every INTEL ARC frame because of the architecture and waiting times. AMD and Nvidia sponsored channels won't point this out. Just like they won't point that the resent problems are Asus problem where their AMP's are all over the place causing damage, under performing also and even if you manually set the values there are performance missing from the motherboard.

Yeah, I'm still running it. I don't have the 4070 ti, but I would go with nividia's 4070 ti over the 7900 xt personally, but if you don't want to fork out 800 dollars i would go with the 7800 xt over the 4060 ti and 4070 its a much better buy

No, it's not. At the time, even amds overlay wasn't showing the extra frames for me

The card is pretty good. it's the driver support that's lacking alot hopefully in a few years, the drivers will improve

It's a fun game. You just have to turn the settings down to injoy it. Or It won't really be that fun, but the 7900 xtx runs the game exactly the same as the rtx 4080, so I don't know whare your getting amd suffering worse than nvidia other than maybe the 4080 being able to use FG

The game doesn't even have ray tracing and yet it performs like ray tracing is on to the max 😭

@@ARCTX It’s usually shadow, lightning and particle effects that kill the UE games, Especially shadows. It’s crazy how they can release games like these, I remember Crysis when it came out holy hell that game took some fire power!

@equinoxwolf9944 I think it would be a good upgrade. I previously came from a 9600k, and it was a massive upgrade, but Idk how much more performance you'll get in those scenarios but the 5800x3d is on-sale in amazon

@@ARCTX I just watch other videos and even with 3070ti everbody has turnd off RT. It must be vram. No a big deal, RT is minimal in this game but it still sucks..

@roki977 The funny thing is I'm uploading a video with the 3070 ti right now, and I didn't test rt at all. I think you're right. it's the vram for sure, plus dlss and fsr. Don't work that great when you turn them on daniel owen made a video about that you should check that out

@@ARCTX I'm currently considering a RX 7900 XTX for a build I'm doing, but some of these cards are hideous in how they look. I'm looking at the RX 7900 XTX nitro, but who wants an all silver card for a case that's black or white? I'm not sure what some of these companies are thinking in how they designed some of these cards. Looks isn't everything, but if you're paying this kind of money for a GPU, you at least want it to look decent. Why cant a company make an all black card with at the very least a little bit of illuminated lettering on the side? They have to design them with all this design funk all over them like they're designing them for a dude from California who is a surfer or something. Not that I have anything against surfing of dudes who do it. It's just not my style, nor the style of most of the people I've talked to. Thanks for responding.

@centralnyguy37 Yeah, they are absolutely hideous, amds aib partners need to step up their game. Nobody wants an ugly card. There are a few good ones, though asrock makes one that's all white, that's not too shabby and powercolor red devil is cool, but I'm not into dark themes like that xfx has a pretty mature esthetic style which I personally like but they could do alot better the sapphire pulse is one of the ugly ones but it was on-sale for 880 dollars so I went with it lol

I have RX 7600 , and 7800x3d 32; GB ram ..how many FPS i can expect ?

@dankuk765 I'd say over 100 fps at 1080p. definitely over 60 fps at 1440p and around 30 fps at 4k, and that's without upscaling. I have the 7600, but I never tested it on this game.

At 1080p maybe slightly less, but I think at 1440p and 4k, you should get about the same. I really can't say for sure, but I would imagine you could get the same results. Even at 1080p perhaps

i am playing with ryzen 5 5600 and rx 7600 and facing no issue... and this game is designed to play at capped fps for better parry timing and block i think... i was mission perfect guard while playing at unlimited fps but when i capped my fps to 72 it was perfect ...
