New subscriber here! Great to see more women putting out real outdoors/wilderness living content instead of just clickbait. I snare rabbits myself here in Juneau but they are so few in number that it's hard to get more than a couple per season (they were introduced to the area from Haines around 1900 and a very small but stable population remains in scattered spots.)I look forward to seeing more videos!

Also, if you haven't seen NLGhostwolf aka Charlie White here on YT I highly recommend his hare snaring videos, of which he has dozens. One constructive thing I might add is that I notice your snare eyes have spaced wraps that go up the snare for several inches. I've found that this can hinder the snare from closing down all the way tight around the hare's neck efficiently and can result in prolonged struggling and break aways. I learned from Charlie White to make the wraps below the snare eye quite close and neat to the eye, making a more efficient snare. Once again thanks for the great video, hope to see more!

Thanks so much! Glad to meet other people enjoying our beautiful state outdoors. The rabbits in our area were in a low population last year so it's been great to see their numbers are really coming up this season. You should share your southeast snaring on RUclips!
