Saw this on CNN, this is traumatic and very unacceptable, should not go away without legal actions against Desantis and his crooks.

Shameful / knowing you have small children and are of no violent threat. Pulling out their guns to make it look like they felt threatened? Something stinks bad.

I saw the video follow-up which was shocking. It was barbaric. Any police officer is a public servant, and their purpose is to serve the public. That is the role. This kind of unnecessary force sadly does not represent the best of what policing can be. Professional officers are always empathetic where possible and only use force or expressions of force as a last resort. The actions shown in the follow up video, a few moments after this one, should result in repremands for all police officials involved. Un holstering a weapon, in a domsetic setting, with no good reason, must become a sacking / removal / disciplinary matter.
