Welp my only theory is that rimuru is infact veldenava and true creator. Cuz he was weakning over time and chose to reincarnate and losing all memories and everything to be reborn as satoru in japan meaning he had to discard all his powers to get back his full power that he lost when he created the multiverse. For getting back its power it need probably atleast 20 thousand years thats when he was reincarnated as satoru as his human life and having life as human showing his new self the world from their perspective as well as to see how good it is in peacefull times. He died and got reincarnated as slime as it said in first ep creating his new body and everything as he wished when he was dying. Also voice of world didnt interfere when chloe was saving him due its for best for the world as well as its his creator and voice of world wants it back. So he got back all his powers back surpassing his old self veldenava meaning he became being he was once before creating everything.

Welp my only guess is rimuru is stronger version of veldenava which he obtained more power through reincarnations absorbing more souls during his recycle. Meaning he died as true dragon(losing powers and becoming human) and discarded all his memories to archive peacefull life as human meaning his soul got a lot stronger so he came back to finish ivarage cuz he could only seal it and either way he knew feldway would free him or seal would weaken meaning ivarage would rampage and destroy everything. So he can now archive his dream of leading every race as rimuru tempest.
