Why people fight him on the ground? It’s so boring, you get unlimited boost with no ceiling, developers intended you to fight him high up constantly boost dodging, it’s way more thematically awesome that way, and it makes the fight easier in my opinion, I struggled with him at first until I realized I could swap to all ranged and go up high with infinite boost.

This is the fight that made block and parry part of my game. Before this I was taking everything out with sidesteps and rolls. Your best bet is to stay calm and methodical in this fight. Don't try to get that one more hit in.
