Chocolate butter cookies Recipe 230g Margarine 135g Icing sugar 50g Corn flour 210g Flour 150g White chocolate chip 1 tsp butterscotch flavor 1/4 tsp salt In a clean bowl add in the Margarine & flavor and mix with a spatula, when it properly mixed add in the icing sugar mix till will incorporate then add in the corn flour and half of the flour and keep the remaining for later use Mix in the corn flour and half flour till it is will incorporate, then add in the half flour you set aside together with the salt , and mix till well incorporated with no traces of dry ingredients Add in the chocolate chips and mix in In between a parchment paper folded in 2 , place the dough ball and sandwich it the roll with a rolling pin to get 2cm thick dough then place the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes ,bring out and cut dough with a heart shape cookie cutter , cut and place them on a lined baking tray after cutting , put in the fridge for 10 minutes Turn on the oven on 150c for 10 minutes then bring out the cookie from the fridge and put them in the pre heated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown. Bring out the cookies and place on a flat surface and allow to cool off Let it cool for 2 hours before removing them from the baking tray , it's ok to taste 👅 Store in an air tight container for 2 weeks Enjoy !
