Excellent video. Maybe a little dark. Some additional lighting would help. Also I’m curious why you don’t allow the whiskey to breathe? I’ve never seen glass stoppers used like that.

I've had a couple bottles of Paragon that were undrinkable. They had a prominent ash note that overshadowed everything else. I also tried a Paragon that was selected for Panthers football, and it was fantastic. I would ONLY buy a paragon that was store picked.
@@Joenzinator this was the first Paragon offering tried and it was a barrel select. I will have to report back others once he tries them. Were the ones that had an ash note the 92 proof or BiB?
@@soberbourbongirl I believe mine were right around 107 proof. I bought them at the distillery. The Paragon store picks I’ve sampled were much better.
