My friends and I ReDiscover the library and we check out one book and I discovered when I play music like this in the background, it relaxes me and I'm able to read my book a couple of times a day about four to five pages it really helps with everything with everything I highly recommend it especially don't turn on the news turn it off during that time and give yourself some peaceful moments or if you have a family and children just let them know but you need at least 10 15 minutes to relax . One must protect their peace
