Its weird thinking back to my young childhood. I was only three when all this kicked off but ill always remember riding in the car with my mom and my aunt in first grade. Casually talking while the radio started talking about the lastest casualty numbers from Iraq.

Awesome edit sir

these give me goosebumps
Bush! you got blood on your hands!!! Never Forget 9/11

george bush and his goons should be in jail, not holding positions in office
It's ok to glorify unjustified invasions and war crimes if the US did it.
Is not gloryfication but collection of footage
@@averageuser-k6u with a badass montage😎
This war didn’t just kill our people. It killed our society. The mental illness caused by war was brought back home. Mental illness is untreatable, it is permanent, just like scars.

Iraq war Ukraine war same Stuff
@@sambrownski5449Newer generations thinking they are saviors in a foreign land
Wild that many young senators, congressmen, governors have served in this conflict.
Freedom is never Givin freely its liberated by the patriots I've served in several deployments to the end of the Afghanistan pull out I've watched this nation turn on itself like savages everything we fought for was for nothing all the pain the hurt the blood the sweat the tears for nothing my brothers died for nothing now were swpept under the rug like we never came home
I was born July 17 2003 I just love to look at a time I never got to experience really. Man I miss the early 2000s essence before phones man remember toy car Motorola phones CDs. Ps2s box TVs everybody was social outside and full of life I just reminisce times before the internet everyday. Pros n cons
The Beginning of The End
super earth lore just dropped
I was born May 25 of 2003. I have not seen my country not at war in my near 21 years of life.
A fake war in which millions were sacrificed for a lie
"Imma cop me some WMD's" ☹
My dad was there
"This operation will be so easy the troops will be in and out so fast they'll be home for the summer" -Every Politician that supoorted the war when thier kids got to go to college.
Id choose army over college anyway anyway
Well the invasion and defeat of the Iraqi army WAS extremely quick. Iraq fell really easily because the US Military is just that good. However then the bleeding hearts and businessmen all wanted to do nation building instead of just leaving after the jobs was finished.
@@dedeferreira98 trust me, college is a much better time than the army, and depending on degree, far more profitable for your future.
@brohemia6575 i prefer the army myself. I guess i love the job tbh
>Sarin Gas used in the 1980's >Disappeared before the US Invasion >Sarin Gas used in Syria after the Iraq war.
what's your conclusion?

These were my friends I graduated high school with...all for nothing.

Little did I know that 15 years later, it'd be my turn to play in the sandbox. Thank you for your service and your sacrifices, & welcome home, big Brothers. 🇺🇸🦅🌎⚓️
Thank you for your service, sir. God bless.
8 Years Old in '03 i remember watching the invasion on CNN before going to school 24hours later....crazy Shit Guys.
Look at these idiots fighting for a country that hates them
Cattle fighting for Israel...
It’s weird I was in 6th grade and watched all this play out for years. The news was nothing but this kind of footage and war reports my whole childhood.
I remember to. I also remember seeing men as a kid, now that I'm grown and a man myself; all I see are kids now.
Born too late to experience this....
just saw ur other comment, we get it ur an edgy kid with a rommel pfp who thinks he wants to be in a war.
Just in time for the jungles of China
My grandpa lived in Iraq at the time, and he told me stories of US troops bringing aid and wiping the corruption of Sadam's regime; thank you Americans for saving him and my family in Iraq from the terror of Hussein
As distasteful as this may sound, unironically a better Ad than what the army pumps out now
Your soul is dead if you think this is anything to aspire to
Liars criminals war we never forget you will pay this ..also all arabic beegs how support this
footage of my fathers past..
1 million iraqis and thousands of americans died for a fucking lie
Its wierd knowing my sargents and warrant officers were all my age when they went to war now it was my turn only for an accident to happen with my hearing being screwed
"Soldiers don't fight because of what's in front of them, it's because of what's behind them."
You fight for Israel.

@@brydro1505 alright so me sharing a quote I heard from an actual veteran was cringe?
This was the war I grow up with and I'm not Ashamed
@breadpilled-0 thank you for your service
@breadpilled-0 and God bless you
The most absurd war that occurred for no reason at all!! The fact that I am Iraqi and all the pain I experience in my life is because of America makes me angry and burned!!!
They were a mixed bag. Dads, balding 40some bastards, literal fucking 17-year-olds...sad they all had to go
My farther served in Iraq and he lived to tell the tale about how he saving his friends in war
“There is like totally WMDs, like fr. Like ONG. Like trust me bro. 20 minute beer run, in and out”
sudan hoosane is in there bro trust me bro fr fr 100 100 he in that hoe
@breadpilled-0 they never found any multiple presidents admitted it and if there were they were somewhere we never found and dont think anyone ever will
good bye dads in war🤕
Brings back memories from a time i wanst born
Watching this made me remember my time in the marine corp and now that I hear this song now I always remember what I did
I served in the marines from 2015 to 2019. I wish that I could have served during this time.
Thank you for your service, my dad fought in iraq and afghanistan, he flew 46's
I was in the Army way too late bc I was lazy after high school. Wish I could've been in during this time too -- as much as it might've sucked. Got friends that were in not long after and it just... it hits different. A vibe fr.
Yeah.@@WhiskeyFoxtrot929
Don't be. I was there in the late 00's. It was all a waste. The only good part was the guys I was with. But the whole war was a lie.
@@OperativeKANE I call BS on you
This fucking lie cost more then a million lives
My dad flew Sea Knights for the marines in Iraq and Afghanistan, they were very important in both wars and yet you almost never see them in the media when the subject comes up. seeing them here goes hard, keep up the great work!
This picture hits home. So many nights in the infantry I was in the cold hoping I wouldn’t wake up. My father was in the war too before I joined, he was right when he said. “The only thing that keeps you going is the person to the left and right of you.” Amazing what happens when you don’t give up huh? EDIT: I just got reactivated from the IRR. 11B. God bless 🖤 didn’t see how many likes this had, DEC 2024.
I hope you are doing fine good sir.
