Exodus is my favorite band and to this day I think Tom Hunting is a very underrated drummer and Jack is a very underrated bassist.
Here's a couple metal songs with stand out drums parts. • Arsis - we are the nightmare • Archspire - abandon the linear If you like I can throw you some more.
They just released a new album called Servitude 3 days ago. Give a reaction to the song "aftermath", "mammoth's hand" or "panic hysteric" and I will definitely watch. Subbed and liked. Cheers!

Tom Hunting's footwork is nuts... always has been. Check out Fabulous Disaster, War is my Sheppard... I've been calling this hellish gallop the Exodus beat. It's punky but so damn heavy.

awesome reaction i'd suggest checking out their earlier release songs like let's say Inner Self, Lobotomy or title track. Or metal bands such as : Meshuggah (Tomas Haake is really incredible drummer since you are a drummer i think you'd find the drumming of Meshuggah really unique they make songs in 4/4 time signature sound like they're not :D), Fear Factory , Type O Negative , Death (especially Human record Sean Reinert also incredible drummer but later they also had Gene Hoglan behind the kit who in my opinion is one of the best metal drummer too ) just to name a few.
I will check these bands and musicians out. Tomas Haake is a beast as well. Thank you for the suggestion.
