That Buzzard was Beautiful! My favourite story from these guys is when Slave Lewie got his beloved knucklehead stolen by some raggedy ass club. They tore it down for parts but Slave Lewie found them and the bike. He lumped the guys up and pulled their patches. He put the knucklehead back together and got it back on the road, but it just wasn’t running right. So he went out and found the guy that took his bike and lumped him up again. Slave Lewie said his knucklehead ran like a top after that.

I had a girlfriend with me out riding one weekend and stopped off at a local biker watering hole. She freaked worried they were going to get us (or something.) I laughed at her and we went on inside. I almost had to drag her out when it was time to leave cuz of the fun she was having. Bikers are just like everyone else except they know how to have fun about anywhere. If you're out riding and have a breakdown some brothers pulling up means you ain't walking home.

My dad was as straight as they came. He was always against the cops hassling bikers. He said that all they have to do is go for a ride with their friends and that was enough for the cops to pull the bikers over and screw with them for HOURS. Roadside searches, checking serial numbers on the bikes; just one picky thing after another. It never ended. It's a wonder that some biker never snapped under the pressure. Dad said the police are paid to enforce the law. They're not paid to shit on people and piss on their civil rights. He just hated that part of old school biker's vs cops. Dad never owned a bike and didn't know anybody that did. He just always defended the little guy against the powerful. He was cool.

Love the style of these bikes and yes they look way better than my plain jane street glide but i can take my bike on a 4000 mile ride no problem and that big ass fairing sure is nice after a day in the saddle.
