I've one question, I've been doing business with the old guide and in the paper 2 there was a Section C in which you had a question of 20 marks and you had to reply doing reference to a known business that stills in the Paper 2 or not?

I have a question about the paper 3 we sat. If the business provides affordable, sustainable housing to families, is it addressing physiological needs from Maslow (since it's providing shelter) or is it addressing safety needs from Maslow (since it's making people feel more financially secure)?. Also, if the wording of the question was 'with reference to business management motivation theory, explain human need', does that mean we couldn't use maslow and had to use other 2.4 motivation theories like Hezerberg?

does a plan of action include multiple strategies or just one that we explain well?
Hi one strategy is possible but you would need the ability to develop it in a lot of detail, justifying either evidence from the case why the strategy works, but then looking at the trade offs if the strategy. If you are confident in one strategy, considering the time you have available to answer the question then yes. If you are not confident then look at two strategies, which could be linked (e.g. differentiation by creating a USP for PED inelastic pricing strategy, which could be achieved by Andoff’s product development strategy).

Hello sir, I really appreciate the video and it is a life saver. Is it possible to construct the 17 marker by a short intro of the business than a paragraph for mission/ vision statements (if given) than the body paragraphs as short-medium-long term effects of the strategy?
Move straight into the answer. State the strategy to ensure sustainability; explain how the strategy works using evidence from the case to achieve sustainability. Balance your argument by looking at the limitations of the strategy, or the trade offs required to achieve the strategy (e.g. differentiation strategy by product development, may require additional borrowing, causing additional interest payments affecting cash flow and potential liquidity of the business. Repeat the process. Conclusion; state your strategy would work to achieve sustainability because, but the information in the case study is limited so the business needs to …. Before it can say if the strategy will actually work to……

i have a doubt 3:02 they have not specified they plan to expand the business in uk aswell, so why are we considering uk, and in the exam should we connect it with the rwe of glaston bury ? and if uk is not included why should we analyse steeple ? please respond im really confused thank you
Glastonbury provides you with exam poles of how to grow a business festival. Ansoff's matrix, product development of Glastonbury from the early days of a music stage in a field to what it is now. Have a look at the other festivals mentioned. They provide you with the business background to grow a festival which you can use as the basis to answer questions in the Paper 1 exam.

in the video you have mentioned only one challenge, i am aiming for a 5-6 in question 2 please provide us with the second challenge too
Why? You will not maximize your marks; take one challenge per paragraph (two paragraph answer in total) and analyse and apply it to the case to demonstrate the skills the examiner is looking to test (AO1/AO2). Writing a list of challenges is only knowledge, and does not demonstrate application and analysis.(AO2)

Hello Sir, thank you so much for this video, I really appreciate it! I heard that it is best to look at it from all four of business functions is this true? If yes, and if we are given two strategies from the case study (like with the case of SML), would it be alright to talk about one strategies in terms of 2 functions and another one for the other 2 functions? Or how would you recommend approaching the question if we are already given two strategies? Lastly, trade offs are basically a disadvantage of the strategy right?
Yes, if you can argue for it. However, it is easier to choose one strategy
