Great episode 🙏
Love this episode!
Thanks for briefing me!! I was almost exhausted to understand Foucault's concept. Keep on releasing more Videos.
Clears up a lot. Too short!
Baudrillard is incredible. Thank you.
Love it!!!!!!!!!
double talk. terrible. rubbish.
I think one problem with this line of thinking, as with much modern thought, is to reduce science to just one more episteme, on a par with the superstitions and injustices which preceded it. The only reason it has succeeded, Foucault seems to me to be arguing, is that it has just become the dominant discourse and so has the dominant power. But that’s not why. It has become the dominant power because of the very pragmatic reason that it has proven extraordinarily fruitful: from modern medicine and medical physics to empowering us to build flying machines and apocalyptic weapons only dreamt of in previous ages. This is not some random episteme. Reading James, Dewey, or Rort really helps one find a way out of the postmodern puzzles, without succumbing to foundationalism.

I always wonder who knew whom. Did Guattari know the opium receptor work of Candace Pert. If not, why not? When fields are sealed off from other fields how can we progress? Sealing off because of gender, language, field hierarchy (real or imagined). I get the idea that many activities/objects can become drug-like for good or ill, still the pharmacology and brain physiology is pretty well known by now to anyone who wants it. And known during his lifetime. He has sound ideas and maybe these connect to the "algorithms" discussion now in vogue. I see my quibble was merely an irritation. He does seem to be wise. Situating [drugs] in normalization of repetition of programmation of individuals. So the programmation would then link to problem solving algorithms? Thanks for posting.

In an ill society there are drugs consumers to survive over it. 😮😮😮😮😢😢🎉🎉
text transcript pls
great work
Awesome video 👏
Great video 👍
Thx 😊
love this!
Weird AI shyte
Can you please link the original transcript?
shouldn't it be the eastern philosophy? i was thinking about this question for a while and all the questions lead me to eastern spirituality. also i recently discovered your account and it is amazing! please keep going on
Tell me, why is the reading so weird? Is it an AI?
Yea
Awesome! just what i needed to hear Thank You :)
Thought I was going to see a philosopher spazzing out on drugs but all I got was pseudo-analytic-bullshitery. (I respect guttari and all given he was influenced by Artaud, but you gotta admit you click-baited the hell out of us
what voice to text application is used for this? it's easy to listen to thank you
The platform is called 'lastmileAi' and the specific voice we use is "Daniel" hope this helps!
terrible low hanging fruit AI slop
lmao Guattari reads a little like AI, yeah. The voice is just the cherry on top
thank you for helping me understand!!!

This little 4 minute video explains a lot, incredibly helpful for understanding. What is the source, what is this interview excerpt from?
I, too, have this same question… I really hope this channel is listening 😅.
Its from an interview series Deleuze gave before he passed. Basically he goes down every letter of the alphabet and gives his take on the philosophical subjects that start with that letter. In this case "D" is for Desire. The original video is actually 27 minutes. We will certainly post the full translated version in the future. I posted the Original in the comment section which has English subtitles. Enjoy!
Posted the original in comment section! Enjoy!@@hiwayshoes
@@Bite-Size_Philosophy Thank you! I saw some of those but never that one. Good stuff.
No Problem! You should checkout his interview "Deleuze on Cinema: What is a creative act" really interesting! Or if you want the English translated version we are editing right now so will post next week!@@markenriquez6937
Great content but my god those AI illustrations are ridiculous to the point of being distracting
Is this AI philosophy?
This specific video is a translation of an Interview with the Philosopher Felix Guattari.
Suimiúil,
bangin' teenage moroccan boys for ol' michel
Foucault's 'enlightenment' was raping prepubescent Tunisian boys, apparently...
Awesome vid
It's crazy that both Nazism and Communism originated from Germany.
I like how this video blames state capitalism on Stalin when it was Lenin who invented it.
Another cut and paste AI channel. They're invading more and more genres/niches😣👎
I can relate to the narrator.
funny stuff
Did a real person have anything to do with making this?
That would be scary if not 😱
Tons of RUclips episodes are bot generated. Especially on Socialism (go figure.) Listen to the way "bias" [bee-uhs] is pronounced in this for example. Look at the images, which have nothing to do with the content but are just keyword linked.@@David-j4w8x
It seems like about half of the RUclips shows on Socialism are bot generated.@@David-j4w8x
@@David-j4w8x sure, terrifying

I've read halfway through End of History. I recommend it, and in general, I recommend reading up on subjects that matter, rather than watching shallow RUclips videos produced by artificial intelligence. Reading and critical thinking lead to greater biological intelligence.
Love Kant!
Quite good capsule. Keep it up
Awesome video!
