After a couple of days of none using it, my machine has stopped dispensing water(same problem has this video) the SBS valve was blocked, so I have disassembly the SBS valve, clean it and now it working again. Hope it will help you guys. Have a good one.
what it could be: your pump is weak and the water can't pass all the way through the group or your group may be clogged in the filter or the group valve could be that there are other things going on, like: some bad sealing ring and then the water leaks somewhere else, falling inside the drawer... if you can do a general cleaning in the group to know if there is a blockage...
This is a very simple fix. If you do remove the brew group and look carefully inside, you will see a little white plastic pipe coming out on the upper left side. ( It's a bit smaller than a straw) Insert a straw around it and blow and suck into it playing with the front knob. You should see coffee grinds coming out which are plugging the system. Put the brew group back and the coffee will flow...
Your brewing unit is not functioning properly, it probably needs to be removed, cleaned with hot water and regreased. You will need to press the tab down (On the back) and move the internal parts of the brewer around, it is not moving up to the water nozzle, that is why you have water in the tray. Check the o-rings on the water nozzle that is behind the brewer too, they might be split.

That pipe is inside the brew group housing

Thanks, this comment saved me from taking my machine to be fixed and likely saved me so money!
The part is under the boiler if I remember correctly, meaning a complete system disassemble is needed. I sent my unit off to the Pros for this.
