Skatch markers?

I wish the Caio and the sketch had the brush and the fine nib from the original rather than the chisel nib. Get rid of the chisel because I could see switching to the fine point. Also the Caio will work in the Air brush. You just need to shim it up a bit underneath because it's not as fat as the sketch. That's the only thing that keeps the caio from working in the airbrush. I do it all the time with some blue tack. Just make sure the nib is close to the air nozzel and it will work. Actually you could use any marker in the airbrush. Even Crayola water based markers. Now it may not apply and work out like you want it of course but it will mist and spray.

In my personal opinion I think sketch is the better one out of the three because it comes in so many more colors

Who said the ink in the chamber difference is negligible between the ciao and the sketch? This difference is what gives the sketch more value short term but is you would refill every color you have many many times which nobody actually does then the difference is negligible therefore the ciao has more value long term.

Surely if your looking at cost of refill to say which works out cheaper in the long run does not work because no matter what marker type you have the refill cost the same and will only colour the same amount .... it’s just the times you may have to stop to refill that is going to make a difference ! There is no need for such elaborate costings that people keep making as the Ciaos are cheaper that can not be disputed. However I think for most it’s about comfort in use, nib type and the amount of colours available. I think the sketch win out as all colours available and clearly marked colours on lids so easy to use and keep laid down as recommended. I think people need to just think what works for me and why - cost v comfort v range of colours Also there are now other options such as the Spectrum Noir Illustrators etc.

I really wished you mentioned the E 70s. They are by far my favorite. It may seem like you never use them but they are actually a fantastic shade

I bought a set and I saved so much money. I'm from Germany and the shipping fees for products sent from Japan are really low. Therefore I just ordered my set from Japan. I bought one 36 Ciao Set for only 90$! (Which would cost me 150$ if I had bought it from a local art store). I recently bought another set for 100$, so I spent 190$ in total for 72 markers (2,6$ for one marker). A set with that many markers costs 350$ in Germany. I'm so happy that I got so many markers for half the price :D

I think it's difficult to know which colours individuals will use the most at the start. cos if you dont buy them u wunt try them, and u wunt know how suitable they are for artwork and what colours to use. And it's difficult to "tone" when you only have limited markers. So I just bought cheap alternatives like 100 markers from China, and slowly collect copics

If I don't can find another way to draw the sky blue I just paint anther clowd. T-shirts have never ever been blue in my book. I have blue pencil from my Faber-Castell polychromos I never have sharpened and they are 5 years old. Violet and lila have never enough pen/pencil colour. Same with Orange and red. Special darker red ❤❤❤ If I realy, realy need a blue, I take a turquoise. Pink is only for lips and the flowers that I in the end paint red instead. There are one more pencil in my Polychromos I never sharpen, my black. The grey on the other hand.... 🙄 I'm thinking of to start to collect copic and just left out blue. And many pink. And non from the F line.
