For now, PvP is closed so you cannot play it now. PvP mode is available once the developers open PvP mode later. Developers may announce when would it be in the Discord group. There have been a few PvP test opened in the past.

is it better to not weapon rush? usually i do that and combats finish in short, leading in less mastery so is it better to armor rush and then make the weapon?
If you are talking about PvE, it is equally important to collect materials for both weapon and armor so plan your route. For PvP, it really depends. Depending on your playing style, your character, and choices of other players, you may choose to finish your weapon or armor first. Armor rush is less risky, while weapon rush secures an advantage of developing your character. Also, if combats finish quickly, then fight more, not only against players but also animals.
