I'm glad to find out how to prevent the roof from clipping the inside of the house!

I have fallen into my basement holes several times before I found out how to fly. I think that is part of why I was intimidated to use sandbox mode. These tutorials are so helpful in understanding the basic tools in sandbox and how to use them.

I've tried to play a few jobs in mod io where I immediately fell through the world, endlessly. It's nice to learn what caused that. I'll try to be careful about where I have the player start if I end up making a job to post on mod io.

Using the different shades of wood on the exterior was a great idea - looks so nice!

I love the eclectic design and it really does seem like it would be a perfect home for an artist. You gave them the art studio upstairs, but the whole eclectic style seems like it would suit an artist very well.

You chose a good house to use for a no demo reno. It was very interesting to see how you took the odd assortment of rooms that really didn't seem to make much sense and you found ways to use them that work so much better. Moving the bedroom to the basement so you could have the kitchen separated from the living room was brilliant. I love the color scheme you chose. I've always been partial to that deep blue and the gold contrasts with it so nicely. Along with the rich wood tones, it makes it all feel very luxurious. I love all the interest you added to the ceilings - from the shape of the ceilings to the patterns you used on them. I feel like it makes the whole house seem larger because it causes the eye to keep being drawn upward toward that open space. Really enjoyed this.
