Recently picked up a 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend in Hot Pepper Red. I expected to like it with maybe a few meh not-so-great things, but so far the vehicle has exceeded my expectations. I really enjoy driving it. The ride is good, it’s comfortable, plenty of room, it handles well, it’s very maneuverable, and I feel it has plenty of power. It really gets going and I love it on the highway. I really enjoy the seating position particularly with that view forward looking over those bulges on the hood. I did turn off the annoying lane keeping assist and keep it off. I appreciate Ford for the clean, uncluttered interior design and how you still have good mechanical switchgear-you can do about 90 percent of everything without bothering with the digital screen-you’re not overwhelmed with digital touch controls. I also appreciate Ford kept the touchscreen a modest size rather than plastering an ugly way oversized screen on the dash like they do on the Edge and all fullsize pickups and SUVs. One thing I thought I would dislike was the rotary gear selector. I don’t hate it-it’s okay and easy to use. But I still would prefer the more tactile experience of a conventional lever that feels more substantial. I do regret Ford doesn’t offer a manual transmission for the Bronco Sport-I would have gone for that in an instant. Overall, though, I’m very satisfied with my Bronco Sport.

This isn't a 2024 model year. 2024's don't have the charge port door replica on the right side.

ladies and gentlemen, this is how you do NOT jump start a vehicle with the Battery Monitor Sensor (BMS) you run the risk of the vehicle not running properly after. You should connect the negative cable to a grounded engine stud.

That is not how the 2019 (Rev6/19) Ford Ranger Owner's Manual says to do this. From the Owner's Manual: Connecting the Jumper Cables-- 1. Connect the positive (+) jumper cable to the positive (+) terminal of the discharged battery. 2. Connect the other end of the positive (+) cable to the positive (+) terminal of the assisting battery. 3. Connect the negative (-) cable to the negative (-) terminal of the assisting battery. 4. Make the final connection of the negative (-) cable to an exposed metal part of the stalled vehicle's engine, or connect the negative (-) cable to the ground connection point, if available.
