Just to lyk, using goombella's tattle ability in battle really helps. Lets you look at their health, plus she gives you tips on how to defeat enemies

for the squid that's breaking her ankle she isn't squids and octolings are made out of soft bone like tissue that can be broken but is hard to be broken and again they dont have bones i hope thats helps! :)
