    Thanks for talking about this I experienced trauma 5 years ago but not had enough funds to see mental health therapist very often on a low income. Luckily a client of mine who is a ptsd therapist helped. Have you heard of PTED? It’s not the same as PTSD I’ve not had any diagnosis of either

    12:39 IMHO the idea of “falling out with” someone struggling needs to be thoroughly considered and even crossed check with other experienced professionals. Can’t dispute if he thinks it works for him but it’s important to be very careful and thoughtful when implementing anything of this sort because it can be injurious and traumatic. Vulnerable struggling persons may likely need lots of patience and deep caring presence, may need to know there’s someone who can be with them in their pain. Making the relationship entirely tentative while perhaps with good intent, may have an adverse impact for such persons
